Custom & Personalized Pieces Due to their personalized nature, custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Original tags and any protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@foormstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

Care-Related Damage We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, wear, or storage. Each piece comes with care instructions - please follow them to maintain your jewelry's beauty.
